All Above Funding is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping guide them through the funding process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, communicating effectively, and managing client interactions in a fast-paced, remote environment. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, provide funding solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone and virtual meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique funding needs and business goals.
Serve as a trusted resource throughout the client journey.
Provide timely and professional follow-up to ensure a positive client experience.
Present funding solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Guide clients through the funding process and answer questions clearly and professionally.
Address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
Manage and maintain an organized client pipeline.
Track client interactions and activities within the CRM system.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records and follow-up schedules.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and overall customer experience.
This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with strong earning potential. Successful Client Success Managers may earn between $72,000 and $150,000 annually , based on performance and client success.

Professional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in financial services, business funding, account management, or customer success roles is preferred.
Experience managing client pipelines and providing consultative support is a plus.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Full-time remote position.
