Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to problem-solve, educate and troubleshoot unique customer account and device issues
• Guide customers through training on account tools and features
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our Internal Tasking System
• Partner with other departments to ensure accounts are properly maintained
• Support outbound calling campaigns that keep customers informed and engaged

What You'll Bring

• Customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills / general technical aptitude
• Strong phone etiquette
• Effective listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Approximately 6 Saturdays per year to help cover weekend support (your day off simply shifts to another day that week — no extra days added)
• Opportunity to move into a hybrid work structure as you grow in the role
