Overhead Crane Operator

$27.22/hr + Shift Differential

2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 2:30 PM - 12:50 AM

90 Day Contract to Hire into the Union

What You'll Do

• Operate an overhead crane to load and unload semi-trailers
• Move and stage metal products throughout the warehouse
• Supply materials to machine operators
• Handle finished products after processing
• Learn additional equipment, including cut-to-length lines and plasma cutters

What We're Looking For

• Overhead crane experience
• Warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Train on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Move to 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:50 AM
• Monday-Thursday schedule

Multiple openings available. Candidates must be open to training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $27.97 - $27.97/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
