Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound calls and placing courtesy outbound calls - must be comfortable speaking with patients over the phone with empathy
- Negotiating payment and/or payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances
- Assisting patients with insurance issues
- Documenting communications
- Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations
